Country Hall Registry Office Wedding
A County Hall registry office wedding is an alternative option for those who do not want to be tied to a wedding venue and costly inflexible wedding packages.
That is to say, weddings are very expensive. And when you have a strict budget, options can appear limited. However, with imagination and vision, you can create the wow factor in any venue.
This was the case for Natalie and James, who wanted a local laid-back wedding to suit their budget.
They chose to hold their ceremony at County Hall registry office in Hertford, and have their wedding reception at Tewin Village Memorial Hall.
I joined James and their wedding guests at County Hall ready for Natalie’s arrival. Luckily Natalie chose a pink Figaro to make her arrival, so spotting the wedding car wasn’t a challenge.
After the ceremony, we popped to the County Hall arches for a few quick photos as guests made their way to the reception.
Tewin Village Memorial Hall
Tewin is a picturesque village, located between Welwyn Garden City and Stevenage in Hertfordshire. It is every bit the quintessential country village, with a village green, the community hall, and most importantly a choice of pubs.
Tewin Village Memorial Hall was completely transformed for Natalie and James wedding reception,
Natalie had spent a lot of effort and research to get the hall just right with clever use of lighting and decoration.
Guests enjoyed a celebratory drink at the village pub The Rose & Crown, before making their way to the village hall to sit down to their afternoon tea themed reception.
