I had the pleasure of spending a lot of 2018 photographing weddings at stunning Hatfield House in Hertfordshire. It is great to photograph at a venue you are so familiar with, and always exciting to see so many different styles of weddings in this historic venue.
Charlotte and Nick’s Hatfield House wedding was classic glamour. The Groomsmen wore tails, Charlotte had a stunningly detailed wedding dress, and they chose a horse drawn carriage for their wedding transport.
Charlotte and Nick chose to host their wedding ceremony at St Ethaldreda’s Church which sits adjacent to Hatfield Houses’ Old Palace. Dating back to the 13th century, St Ethaldreada’s is steeped in history, with beautiful interior and a perfect choice for couples who wish to have a religious wedding service, with their wedding reception at Hatfield House.
After the service guests made their way to The Old Palace gardens for the drinks reception whilst Charlotte and Nick took a little time alone to enjoy the beautiful grounds of Hatfield House in their horse drawn carriage.
